Analysis and evaluation are an integral and often overlooked part of the the instructional design process. Data must be gathered before any project to understand the performance gap and determine what training or IF training is necessary to solve. Evaluation must happen throughout and after implementation of training solutions to ensure the solutions are effective and still relevant.
